Surge-priced fares, ever
International (T1): the driver waits at the arrivals café opposite gate B, holding a sign with your name. Domestic (T2 and T3): kerbside priority pickup, and they text you the bay number while you are still taxiing in.
International bookings include 45 minutes of free waiting from wheels-down, domestic 20. After that it is $1 per minute, capped at $30. Message the driver in the app and they will hold the car.
Card in the app, or tap in the car. Cash is fine too. A tax invoice is emailed within a minute of drop-off, which is what most people need for the expense claim.
Yes — point to point anywhere in greater Sydney, metered or fixed-quoted, whichever comes out cheaper for you. Hourly hire is $95/hr with a two-hour minimum.
