Help

What if it rains on my bag?

Riders carry lined waterproof sacks and re-bag at the door. If anything arrives damp we rewash it free.

Do you separate my clothes from other households?

Yes. Every order runs in its own machine drum, tagged to your QR sticker end to end.

Something is missing.

Message us in the app within seven days. We photograph every order at intake, so most cases resolve the same day.

Which areas do you cover?

HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, BTM and Sarjapur Road. Whitefield opens in September.
