Turn up for punctures, safety checks and quick adjustments — there is nearly always a free stand before 11am. Book for anything bigger; we hold a couple of slots each day for emergencies.
Of course. Roughly seven in ten bikes on our stands were bought elsewhere, including online. We do not charge more for it and we will not lecture you about it.
Yes, against any new bike. Bring it in for a five-minute look and we will give you a number the same day. We only take bikes we would be happy to refurbish and resell.
Come in and ride two. Frame charts are a starting point, not an answer — we would rather spend twenty minutes on the road outside than sell you a bike that never feels right.
Yes, at the same price we charge on a job, and we will happily tell you how to fit them. If you get stuck halfway, bring the bits in a bag.
