Tinned beans, soup, tuna, pasta, rice, UHT milk, tea, cereal and a jar of sauce.
Whatever the market donates that morning — usually veg, bread and eggs. First come, first served.
Nappies, period products, washing powder, toothpaste and shampoo. No one has to ask.

Last parcel goes out 15 minutes before closing. Closed bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
Donation bins are in the Co-op on Ladywell Road and inside the hall. £5 buys a full cupboard parcel; we buy at wholesale.
